Return policy

We take great care to ensure that our items are of the highest quality and standard.

Should there have been an oversight from our side, we will gladly replace or refund items with manufacturing defects within 7 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, unless there is a manufacturing problem, we are unable to issue refunds. But we'd be pleased to exchange your item (within 28 days of purchase) with an alternative product from our range.

If you would like to exchange your item, please send an email to info@totesouthafrica.com.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you bought it.

We do require you to cover the courier or delivery cost; we do not accept postage.

Please note that wear-and-tear on any item will not be considered faulty or damaged and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
